Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds:

❌ Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch are not accepted.

To cancel, email or WhatsApp us with your order ID.

📦 Returns & Exchanges:

As our pieces are handcrafted and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

In such cases, you must:

  • Share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery

  • Email or WhatsApp us at the contact details below

💰 Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, bank details will be requested for refund processing.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry
