We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds:

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests after dispatch are not accepted.
To cancel, email or WhatsApp us with your order ID.
📦 Returns & Exchanges:
As our pieces are handcrafted and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong item
In such cases, you must:

Share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery

💰 Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders, bank details will be requested for refund processing.
